In Quebec :

Our distribution network at the farm covers the majority of the Quebec territory. The deliveries are made on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. The orders must be in before 1:00 p.m. the day preceding the delivery. For regions not covered by our network, we make deliveries by rapid courier (DICOM).

Other Canadian provinces :

Delivery in these provinces is made by rapid courier to the customer, usually Purolator. Seeing that they do not pick up any parcels on Sunday, the customers may receive our products on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday only. The orders must be in before 1:00 p.m. the day preceding delivery.

Other countries :

Deliveries for export are made by rapid air courier (DHL, FedEx, etc.). All demands for exporting are subject to sanitary control requiring an import permit authorized by the government of the country making the demand and an export permit from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) corresponding to the demands of this import permit. Obtaining the import permit is the responsability of the customer and the one for exportation is the responsability of CIPQ Inc. Seeing that these shipments must be synchronized, they must be planned much in advance. You must contact the person in charge of exporting at the center in St-Lambert to plan your project.
